KAFD Plot 5.06 — Intercontinental Hotel

The plot at 5.06 is a sliver between two of KAFD’s super-tall towers. The brief was to deliver a five-star hotel that did not feel like an offcut.

Omar followed the project from concept through technical design, leading on the public floors and the section through the podium where the hotel meets the financial district’s sky-bridge network.
