KAFD Plot 4.05 — Kimpton Hotel

A smaller, looser brief than 5.06 — the Kimpton was designed as a counter-figure to the towers around it. Its public floors open onto the wadi park rather than the sky-bridges.

Omar led the technical design of the guestroom stack and the courtyard that organises the hotel’s lower three storeys.
